Home Builder Admin vs. Home Builder Representative
A Home Builder Admin role is to create the overall experience for their sales team and Customers on Builtzer.
A Home Builder Representative role is to adhere to the customer experience created and ensure customers are informed before, during and after the home buying/building process.

Yes!
First, the customer needs to download the Builtzer mobile app and create an account. Then, using the “QR Code Scanner”, they can scan the Home Builder Representative’s dedicated QR code.
Following the prompts will directly register (and verify) the customer with that specific Home Builder/Home Builder Representative.

Yes!
If an email is already associated with the home builder, the individual registering the customer will be alerted upon entry.
The duplicate registrant will not be registered.

Customers are updated via emails, in-app notification and push notification to their mobile device or iPad.

Verified Registration System (VRS).
VRS allows home builders and customers to validate and verify their registration. This also includes outside Realtor information and registration policies per the Home Builder.
This results in accurate information being imputed into the system and customers giving consent to outside Realtor involvement.

Builtzer Tracker is the home progress update tool created by the Home Builder per their construction process.
Home Builder Admins create the template.
Home Builder Representatives, or dedicated customer management teams, simply complete stages to notify the customer instantly.

To connect with a home builder on the app, you can:
Scan the Home Builder Representative’s dedicated QR code and follow the prompts.
Ask the Home Builder Representative to manually enter you into the system, using the same email address as your Builtzer account.

Congratulations! You have begun your new home search!
If you have not done so yet, you need complete your Builtzer Account.
Download Builtzer
Create your password by selecting “reset password” using the email address you registered with.
Sign in and access the Home Builder’s Customer Portal via your “Connected Builders” list.

We recommend first looking in your junk/spam inbox, then connecting with your Home Builder Representative to confirm they entered in the correct email address.

Builtzer is your new home search tool. Connect with Builders, learn more about what your are looking for and then begin building your next home.
All of which can be done using Builtzer.

Open the “My Documents” tab, select “Customer Toolbox” folder.
As you progress in your search or begin building your new home, documents may be added.

Yes!
Builtzer is your new home library. Everything pertaining to your new home will remain in your profile until the account is delete by you.
